George & Chris Narr
Founders
Pathway Partners Investments is led by George and Chris Narr, a team defined by professional excellence and a deep commitment to legacy. George brings over two decades of executive leadership to the firm, having served as CIO and VP of Information Systems for high-growth, publicly traded companies. A specialist in process automation and custom software development, George was a key architect in the hyper-growth of two major firms, doubling their sales and revenue within five years through systematic implementation and technological integration. His entrepreneurial roots run deep, from pioneering integrated video training for clients like IBM in the mid-90s to owning and operating multiple successful franchises.
Chris provides the foundational heart of the family legacy, having dedicated years to education as a teacher and homeschooling their three children through high school—all of whom are now successful college graduates. Beyond the boardroom, George and Chris are deeply rooted in their community and faith, leading local Bible studies and remaining active members of their church. As grandparents to six, they are motivated by a mission to build a high-integrity business that honors their family values and serves the Florida community where their children and grandchildren all reside.
